Client management: Type Tailors processes your personal data to manage and register its customers, orders, deliveries and for the invoicing of its services.

Performance of a contract (article 6.1 (b) General Data Protection Regulation): without your personal data it is not possible for Type Tailors to deliver its services to you.

Purpose:
Direct marketing: Type Tailors processes your personal data to communicate with you via e-mail to update you with Type Tailors’ related news and information or to tell you about products or services that may be of interest to you, if you allow Type Tailors to do so.
Legal base:
Your consent (article 6.1 (a) General Data Protection Regulation); Type Tailors processes your personal data for this purpose if you have given your consent to Type Tailors.

Purpose:
Accounting: Type Tailors processes your personal data for accounting and VAT compliancy purposes.
Legal base:
Legal obligation (article 6.1 (c) General Data Protection Regulation): Type Tailors has a legal obligation to keep accounting records and to be compliant with VAT regulations.

Purpose:
Analysis of the website: Type Tailors processes your personal data to analyse and manage the use of its website by the website’s visitors.
Legal base:
Legitimate interest (article 6.1 (f) General Data Protection Regulation): it is to the benefit of both Type Tailors and you that the Website works optimally and is tailored to your needs.

This right does not apply in case Type Tailors can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or in case the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;

- your personal data are processed unlawfully;
- your personal data have to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation to which Type Tailors is subject.
Right to restriction of processing: you have the right to obtain from Type Tailors the restriction of processing if: you contest the accuracy of the personal data, for a period enabling Type Tailors to verify the accuracy of the personal data; the processing of the personal data is unlawful and you request the restriction of the personal data’s use instead of the personal data’s erasure; Type Tailors does no longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you require them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. If you have obtained restriction of processing, Type Tailors shall inform you before the restriction of processing is lifted.
Right to personal data portability: you have the right to receive the personal data, which you have provided to Type Tailors, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format if the processing is based on your consent or on a contract concluded with Type Tailors and if the processing is carried out by automated means. In this case you have the right to transmit those personal data to another controller.
Right to object: you have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to the processing of your personal data which is based on Type Tailors’ legitimate interest. This right does not apply in case Type Tailors can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or in case the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
